assault or abuse of a minor" was read the second time.                                              
                                                                                                    
Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as a                                    
cross sponsor on the bill. Without objection, it was so ordered.                                    
                                                                                                    
Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                    
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Ellis
